Surprises condemn and embarrass Mustafa Fahmy in a divorce case from Faten Moussa
It seems that the issue of the divorce of the Egyptian artist, Mustafa Fahmy, from the Lebanese media, Faten Moussa, took a new turn, with his statements before the prosecution turning into tools to condemn him, and it seems that it will turn against him, reveal a dangerous side, and put him in an embarrassing position.
Hours ago, Faten Moussa revealed a new statement, in which I published her divorce, before the prosecution and also responded to his statements in which he indicated that he divorced her retroactively, and took some of her belongings from the marital apartment.
And Faten published on "Instagram": a statement by her lawyer, Enas Fawzy, in which she said: "The artist, Mustafa Fahmy, admitted before the Public Prosecution yesterday that he had downloaded and possessed 18 bags, which are the personal belongings of the media personality, Faten Moussa, from the marital apartment located on Nile Street - Dokki."
And she continued, "Mostafa Fahmy took advantage of his wife's absence outside Egypt to divorce her in absentia.
The order under which he commits a crime of stealing her movables, personal belongings, jewelry, and her laptop, which are presented to them before the Public Prosecution.”
She pointed out: "What confirms the existence of a conflict in his statements, whether in any statement he published on social media and electronic newspaper sites, and the report that was opened on November 10 in the Dokki department."
Faten Moussa had recently published a statement via Instagram, in which she talked about new details about her crisis with her ex-husband, before Fahmy's confession before the prosecution
. This was reached by Mustafa Fahmy through some friends who did not move a finger and did not bother to invite me to investigate the issue in the best manner, taking into account the ten, as he claimed in his statement.
And she added, "And as our Islamic religion commanded us to dismiss in a favor and not through social media, and for the past period I was under the influence of severe shock, what he committed against me by announcing my divorce through the social media, and I did not see, receive, know or understand."
She concluded that after her return to the marital apartment .. I arrived at the apartment and the great disaster was that I entered and did not find anything of all my personal belongings at all, even if it was a shoe!
