In recent years, as the ecology has become better and better, there have been more and more wild boars in Bazhong City, Sichuan Province, which is located at the junction of Sichuan and Shanxi. Many villagers’ crops have been destroyed by wild boars.
According to the preliminary investigation by the forestry department of Tongjiang County, Bazhong City, there are about 20,000 wild boars in the county.
Recently, 4 members of the Jiangyou wild boar hunting professional team were hired to carry out the first hunting operation this winter in Zhicheng Town, Lianghekou Town and Yong'an Town in the county. A total of 8 wild boars were killed in two and a half days, and two hunting dogs were killed by wild boars.
Next, Tongjiang County will set up six hunting teams for protecting farmers and hunting in all towns and villages throughout the county, striving to complete the hunting plan for 750 wild boars this year.
