On November 15, the Hong Kong Observatory's Observatory High-altitude Observatory in King's Park introduced to the media the operation of the century-old high-altitude observatory certified by the World Meteorological Organization.

The Observatory's high-altitude observatory located in King's Park, Homantian, Hong Kong, was certified by the World Meteorological Organization in June this year, becoming the world's first certified century-old high-altitude observatory.

The picture shows the satellite antenna of the observatory used to receive polar-orbiting meteorological satellite images and products of the China Fengyun series, the United States and Europe.
