Another concert-goer died after the mass panic at a performance by rapper Travis Scott in Texas.

Nine-year-old Ezra Blount died from his injuries Sunday after falling off his father's shoulders while Scott performed at the Astroworld music festival in Houston on November 5.

As Treston Blount told ABC broadcaster, his son suffered brain, kidney and liver injuries when dozens of concert goers panicked and stepped on him. Treston Blount could not protect Ezra because he lost consciousness in the crowd. The nine-year-old is the tenth and youngest victim of the mass panic. Last Wednesday, 22-year-old student Bharti Shahani died after being in a coma for several days.

Another eight concertgoers were trampled to death or crushed to death during Scott's performance at Houston’s NRG Park Stadium.

Allegedly, the singer had deliberately incited the fans.

The 30-year-old musician said after the accident that he had not noticed on stage how the audience got out of control.

Like the relatives of the student Shahani and several hundred of the more than 50,000 festival-goers, the Blount family has also filed a claim for damages against Scott and the organizer Live Nation.
