Minors in France: "Occasional prostitution will mark them for their whole life"

The government presents this Monday, November 15 a strategy to fight against the prostitution of minors, the vast majority of young girls.
A plan with 14 million euros which aims to provide the means to apprehend a little-known phenomenon in order to prevent and combat it.

It is a phenomenon which mainly affects young girls, aged 15 to 17 years, noted in July the working group led by magistrate Catherine Champrenault in its report which inspired this plan.
