The reporter learned from Shanghai Pudong police on November 13 that recently, a man threw a shared bicycle onto a motorway to vent his anger, affecting the normal passage of the vehicle, and was administratively detained by the Pudong police in accordance with the law.

The Jinyang Xincun Police Station of the Pudong Branch of the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau received multiple calls to the police, stating that someone had thrown a shared bicycle onto the motorway on Zhangyang Road.

After investigation by the police, it was discovered that a young man had appeared on the road where the incident occurred on a shared bicycle. After getting off the bicycle, he went straight to the shared bicycle that was normally parked on the side of the road. He lifted the bicycle over his head and threw it directly across the guardrail.

Later, he threw a few more cars before leaving the scene by bike.

In addition to the above-mentioned sections, the man also had dangerous behaviors of throwing shared bicycles onto the road in other sections.

Only 30 minutes before the incident, the police intercepted the suspect Xiao Min.

According to Xiao Min's confession, it turned out that his recent work was not going well. In addition, he had a conflict with his family that night and had a quarrel. For a while, he felt depressed and wanted to go out to get some breath.

But the more he thought about it, the more angry he became. After seeing the shared bicycles on the side of the road, his head became hot and he threw the shared bicycles on the road on multiple sections to vent his anger.

At present, the man has been administratively detained by the police according to law.
