It had been more than 8 months since Princess Charlene had set foot on Monegasque soil.

But as

Nice-Matin

announced

in its edition this Tuesday, the wife of Prince Albert II has finally returned home, to their children, the twins Jacques and Gabriella, 6 years old.

No official statement accompanied her return, the princely family contenting themselves with a few photos in front of the steps of the palace, shortly after the arrival of the princess' private jet in Nice.

On the images, we can see Charlene of Monaco, masked, find her children and her husband, accompanied by a dog, which was offered to her after the death of her previous pet last October.

The new animal is called Khan and he has already made two friends: Jacques and Gabriella, who played with him in the main courtyard.

No problem ?

Will Charlene's return from Monaco put an end to rumors about relationship problems with Albert II?

The prince had firmly denied any idea that their relationship was failing, even as the "stay" of his wife was prolonged.

Initially traveling to South Africa, her homeland, last February, she was reportedly forced to stay there after contracting an ENT infection, requiring several operations before being fit enough to travel again.

Last month, Prince Albert had announced to

People

that his wife was finally healed and that she would "soon" be able to return home.

It is now done.
