Ten years after her death, Amy Winehouse's parents are auctioning off their daughter's items: dresses, bustiers, vinyl records, handbags and decorative items.

A sale that takes place Sunday in Los Angeles, for a good cause but also in memory of their daughter, who died in 2011.

When you think of Amy Winehouse, you immediately hear her voice and remember her style, that of a tender and decadent pin-up, drawn to retro, but decidedly rock.

Amy Winehouse is also a lot of excess.

Among the items auctioned by the singer's parents in Los Angeles, a coin estimated at more than 20,000 euros, the black and green minidress with which she had given her last concert in Belgrade, in June 2011, where she had appeared drunk on the scene.

Helping young people with addictions

This incident led to the cancellation of the singer's tour.

A month later, the 27-year-old Briton died of heavy drinking after a prolonged period of withdrawal.

Part of the proceeds from this sale will go to the Amy Winehouse Foundation, created by her parents to help young adults with drug and alcohol addictions.
