“On Monday (November 15), precipitation will go only in the solid phase - snowfalls, it will get colder to zero or minus five, and a snow cover up to several centimeters thick will form: in Moscow, about two or three, in some places in the Moscow region, up to three to eight centimeters”, - said the forecaster.
He added that "on November 15, there will be a meteorological winter."
Earlier, Vilfand said that a noticeable cooling is expected in Moscow next week.
