8 Poles fined for refusing to wear masks on board a plane in the Netherlands
Dutch border police took eight men off a plane, arriving from Poland, to Schiphol Airport in the Netherlands because they refused to wear masks.
On Sunday, border police said they also caused disruption during the flight. The police forced them to pay a fine.
Radio station NOS reported that the pilot called the police, as the eight Poles did not follow the instructions of the flight crew.
The radio station added that the men remained standing in the aisle, during the flight, and refused to wear a mask.
