After a strong consumer enthusiasm for organic products during confinement, consumption habits seem to be changing, in particular with regard to organic dairy products.

According to the CNIEL (National Interprofessional Center for the Dairy Economy), the sector has observed, in recent months, a stagnation in sales, especially in supermarkets, or even a drop for certain products such as ultra-fresh organic (notably yoghurts) which shows -7.1%.

At the same time, more and more dairy farms are switching to organic.
