New developments in the case of Muhammad Ramadan and the "Al-Adl Group"

The North Giza Court of Appeal decided to accept the appeal submitted by the artist, Mohamed Ramadan, against a ruling that obligated him to pay a sum of 12 and a half million pounds, in favor of the "Justice Group" production company, due to the termination of his contract on the movie "Ordinary Hero".

And the North Giza Court of First Instance had ordered the artist, Mohamed Ramadan, to pay a sum of 12.5 million pounds to a company for artistic production, "The Justice Group", because of his breach of the contract signed with the company, regarding starring in the movie "Ordinary Hero".

The court decided to oblige the artist, Mohamed Ramadan, to refund the amount of 500,000 pounds to the company, which he received as a contract presenter for the film’s starring, in addition to the legal interest for this amount at 4% from the date of the claim on July 6, 2020.

The second circuit of the Administrative Court of the State Council, headed by Counselor Fathi Tawfik, had booked the case, demanding a ruling to remove the artist Mohamed Ramadan from the lists of the Representative Professions Syndicate permanently, in addition to preventing him from practicing the profession of acting and not granting him any permits, and the ruling session will be held on the 28th This November.
