Chad: government spokesperson calls on armed groups to participate in inclusive dialogue

Chadian government spokesman Abderaman Koulamallah responded to Chadian rebel leader Timan Erdimi, who, during an interview with RFI, set conditions to participate in the inclusive dialogue that is being prepared in Ndjamena, after a meeting with the technical committee in Doha.

Release of political prisoners, return of confiscated property, pre-dialogue outside Chad, these conditions are also set by all Chadian armed groups.

Abderaman Koulamallah detailed the Chadian government's position on RFI's antenna.
