First and foremost, Leonard Anthony recommends giving priority to real life.

"With the pandemic, we all had a digital explosion in our lives. It had positive effects. It allowed us to maintain the link. But it also generated a lot of fatigue. Now a human being is a thought, but it is also a physiological one. pandemic showed something else: that we needed human contact, ”he explains.

Drop your cell phone

The pandemic has also boosted our addiction to cell phones and social networks.

Here too, we must reduce the exposure time to preserve our mental health.

"The first thing is to understand that the millions of lines of code that are in these applications are meant to make you addicted. And it works very well. The simplest solution is to learn to leave the phone behind. rest, ”explains Leonard Anthony, who recalls that an average of ten times his phone is consulted per hour.
