"According to information from regional forestry dispatch services, over the past day on 02.11.2021, ten forest fires were liquidated in Russia by forest fire forces on an area of 606 hectares," RIA Novosti quoted Avialesokhrana.
It is noted that by midnight on November 3, five forest fires were active in Russia on an area of 63 hectares, they were actively extinguished.
The largest area of fires was recorded in the Jewish Autonomous Region: there are three fires on an area of 26 hectares.
Earlier it was reported that federal funding for forest fire protection in Yakutia increased by more than 1 billion rubles.
