On Tuesday, November 2, rapper Vladislav Shiryaev, known under the pseudonym Yung Trappa, was detained in the Leningrad Region.

This is reported by the media, citing sources.

"A 26-year-old man was detained on suspicion of raping a girl in the village of Podborovye in the Vyborg district of the Leningrad region," RIA Novosti quotes a source in law enforcement agencies.

He confirmed to the agency that the detainee was Vladislav Shiryaev.

According to Rossiyskaya Gazeta, an 18-year-old fan brought the charges.

The girl, who, according to kp.ru, was hospitalized with bruises of the soft tissues of the head, claims that the crime took place on the night of November 1 in a rented cottage where they arrived with the artist.

Yung Trappa himself confirms that he entered into an intimate relationship with the accuser, however, according to him, by mutual consent.

In addition, the rapper claims that the girl wrote a statement against him out of resentment: he allegedly promised to shoot her in the video, but did not keep his promise.

According to REN TV, the circumstances of the incident are still being clarified, a criminal case may be initiated against the rapper.

Vladislav Shiryaev began to get involved in music during his school years, and in the early 2010s he released his first album, Yung Treezy Crazy.

Neither he, nor subsequent collaboration with other artists brought fame to Shiryaev.

Jesse Pinkman 2, released in 2014, was a major breakthrough for him.

The rapper's participation in the Internet show Versus Battle, in which Yung Trappa competed with Feduk, cemented the success.

The latter won, but Yung Trappa's performance allowed him to attract the attention of a wide audience.

Vladislav Shiryaev has repeatedly had problems with the law.

In 2014, he received a suspended sentence for drug possession, and in 2015 he was arrested under the same article for five years and seven months.

During the rapper's imprisonment, a mixtape and an album were released with the help of his friends.

It is also known that Shiryaev continued to record new music in prison.

Yung Trappa was released in February 2021.

Soon he recorded two tracks with Morgenstern - Family and "Rosé 2".

Both found themselves at the center of a scandal in late March when the Safe Internet League leveled charges against Morgenstern for promoting drugs in their musical works.

Sportsman and politician Dmitry Nosov also believes that the composition "Rosé Wine 2" promotes pornography.

In court, Morgenstern denied all accusations and claimed that the scandalous lines in the song "Rose Wine 2" were pronounced by Yung Trappa.

Several examinations were carried out in this case, the results of which differed from each other.

The most authoritative, according to Morgenstern's lawyer Sergei Zhorin, the study showed that there is no drug propaganda in the rapper's work.

“It was conducted, probably, by the most authoritative linguist of those who worked with this case, - Professor of Moscow State University, Doctor of Philology. She denied all previous statements about propaganda and indicated that there was no propaganda. Therefore, the statement that the examination showed the presence of drug propaganda is more likely no than yes. There are both examinations that have been established and which have been denied. But the most authoritative expert of all who was involved in this case as part of an administrative investigation just denied the presence of propaganda, ”the lawyer said in an interview with RT.

According to the expert in charge of linguistic research, everything that the lyrics of Morgenstern can lead to comes from the lyric hero, who is "the artistic double of the author-poet, but not equal to him, as well as other characters in the fiction."

Nevertheless, the presence of drug propaganda in the work of Morgenstern was proved by the Moscow Research Center.

"The communicative goal of the artist is to demonstrate a lifestyle whose priorities are drugs, wealth, including the expression of a positive attitude towards drugs and their use," the conclusion says.

In July, it became known that the police closed the drug propaganda case due to the lack of corpus delicti in the actions of the defendant.
