Shinagawa said, "I'm very sorry, and we will investigate the cause to prevent such incidents from happening again."
According to previous reports, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan revealed that as of September 30, a total of 1,805 mistakes in the new crown vaccination process have been detected across Japan.
Of these, 739 are likely to cause serious health damage.
