As the 26th United Nations Conference on Climate Change (COP26) in Glasgow approaches, the indigenous leader wants to bring a message to France 24: if the international community has never achieved significant progress on the climate, it is is because the COPs are "fairs" where multinationals "only buy permits to pollute".
He calls for a change of strategy.
