Compared with the “small craze” of sausages around the winter solstice in previous years, the time to install sausages in 2021 is much earlier.

  It is understood that the ready-packed sausages need to be dried for about 1 month to achieve a better taste.

Some butcher shop owners said that the main reason for the advancement of sausage loading time is that the current prices of pork and casings are lower than in previous years, and the Spring Festival date is nearer. Many delicious mouths have long been "uncontrollable."
