From 0:00 on October 30, 2021, Hongzhi Community, Luyuanchun Community, Aihui District, Heihe City, Changhui Athens City Community, Bowen Community, Aihui District, Heihe City, Shangpinjiayuan Community, Bowen Community, Aihui District, Heihe City, The residential area of No. 76 Zhongfang Building, Changhai Community, Aihui District, Heihe City, was adjusted to a medium-risk area.
