TMC's show "Quotidien", conducted by Yann Barthès, will host the 44th President of the United States Barack Obama and American rock legend Bruce Springsteen on Tuesday as part of the promotion of the book they are co-signing, "Born in the USA ". A media stunt in the very competitive context of prime-time access programs.

This is called making a hit.

In the war on merciless audiences waged by prime-time access shows, Quotidien is scoring points.

Tuesday, Yann Barthès jointly receives two American icons on his show: Barack Obama and Bruce Springsteen.

In the race for international stars, his competitor from France 5, C à Vous, had received Matthew McConaughey last Tuesday.

Quotidien then broadcast best-of.

But after a week of vacation, the TMC show is raising the bar for its comeback.
