A 19-year-old has been sentenced to life imprisonment for the sensational double murder of two sisters in a London park.

The young man could be released from prison after at least 35 years at the earliest, the London criminal court Old Bailey ruled on Thursday.

According to the court, the 19-year-old wanted to fulfill a “pact with the devil”.

Accordingly, he chose the women at random and wanted to offer them to "Satan" as a sacrifice.

A "contract" had been found for the man, which he signed with his own blood and in which he promised the murder of six women every six months - in return for winning the lottery millions.

The Old Bailey Criminal Court had previously found the perpetrator guilty of stabbing women aged 46 and 27 on the night of July 1, 2020.

The 18-year-old man at the time of the crime denied the allegations.

The defense did not claim any mental or health problems.
