Captain Lee Geun, a veteran of the Naval Special Warfare Team (UDT), shot Kim Yong-ho, who was accused of forcible sexual assault.

On the 27th, Lee Geun wrote on his SNS, "Yongho, losers who are incompetent forcibly molest women." .

Kim Yong-ho was accused of forcibly molesting victim A at the end of last month. A claimed that he was forcibly molested by Kim Yong-ho at a meat restaurant in Haeundae-gu, Busan around July 2019. A submitted the video filmed at the time as evidence along with the complaint. It is known that the video was filmed by the same person at the time.

There are a total of three videos submitted by Mr. A, including a scene in which Yong-ho Kim hugs and kisses Mr. A, and a scene where Yong-ho Kim tries to touch a part of Mr. A's body and Mr. A refuses to do so. Some of these are said to be identical to videos that have spread on YouTube.

Kim Yong-ho's legal representative countered, "I have not filed a complaint for two years, and what I've done now is that Kim and another person with bad feelings are presuming that the woman in question encouraged the accusation."

A's side said, "The reason I decided to file a lawsuit two years after the incident was because Kim Yong-ho was a famous person, so I was afraid of retaliation, so it took a long time to decide to sue."

In October of last year, Kim Yong-ho exposed the sexual harassment allegations of former Captain Lee Geun on his YouTube channel.

At the time, Kim Yong-ho presented the verdict and claimed that former Captain Lee Geun had been sentenced to a fine in November 2017 on charges of molesting a woman, such as touching a part of her body.

In fact, former Captain Lee Geun was fined by the Supreme Court in November last year.

When this fact became controversial, Lee Geun posted on his YouTube channel, "I was punished for sexual harassment at the club in 2018. Even though there was evidence that I did not molest, the consistent statement of the victim was the only evidence and the verdict was made." He also complained of embarrassment.
