The two defendants made detailed confessions to the investigation authorities about the incident. The first defendant, 20 years old, unemployed, known as “Zara,” said that he seized the phone by neglecting and escaping, as he was in possession of a motorbike, without metal plates, and that he monitored the victim until he was able to He had the opportunity, and seized the phone and ran away, not knowing that the phone was on for a live broadcast.

The second defendant, 34 years old, a merchant, confirmed that he had a friendship with the first defendant, and that the first defendant came to him and offered him the mobile phone for sale, and he actually obtained it, knowing that the phone was one of the proceeds of a theft.
