“In Russia, the forest fire forces have liquidated 16 wildfires,” RIA Novosti reports.

It is noted that by midnight Thursday, October 28, seven forest fires were active in Russia on an area of ​​742 hectares.

The maximum area of ​​fires was recorded in the Jewish Autonomous Region - two fires on an area of ​​505 hectares.
