Three people, a so-called ground master group, were arrested on suspicion of fraud for deceiving about 200 million yen from a real estate company in Tokyo over the sale and purchase of vacant lots in Toshima Ward, Tokyo.


The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating that one of them is suspected of having entered the seller's real estate company as an employee and trusted the victim.

Three people were arrested, including Kenji Ueno (57), an unemployed person in Shimotsuke City, Tochigi Prefecture.



According to investigators, three years ago in 2018, there was a suspicion of fraud over a vacant lot of about 360 square meters in Mejiro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo, for deceiving the purchase price of about 200 million yen from a real estate company in Tokyo. increase.



The seller was another real estate company in Tokyo, but it is suspected that one out of three people entered the company as an employee and acted as a window for sales contracts to trust the victims.



After that, he set up another company with the same name as the seller's company and transferred the trading value to that account.



The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the details of the fact that the damage was discovered because there was no deposit in the seller's account even after the payment deadline.



The vacant lot at the site is located in a quiet residential area about 900 meters west of JR Mejiro Station.
