The story ends well.

But for a few hours, a family from Languidic (Morbihan) experienced a great fright, as reported by

Le Télégramme

.

It was around 9.45 p.m. Sunday night when their two-and-a-half-year-old boy was reported missing.

The child was looked after by his grandparents, while the parents enjoyed an evening with friends.

All the guests then began to look for the child in a cornfield adjoining the room where the evening was taking place.

In vain.

After half an hour, the gendarmes were alerted.

Significant resources were then deployed to try to find the child with the presence of fifteen soldiers and a dog team.

After more than two hours of searching, made complicated by the rain and the cold, the child was finally found safe and sound, around 12:30 am, near a wooded area.

Chilled with cold, he was taken care of by the emergency services and transported to Lorient hospital for examinations.
