　　Taking root in Hong Kong for 42 years, China State Construction Engineering Hong Kong has silently left many marks on the city-laying 334 kilometers of water pipelines, through which 70% of Hong Kong citizens' domestic water can be transported; 100 kilometers of roads, 12,300 meters of bridges, and 13,900 tunnels. During the period, China State Construction has contacted 26 SAR government departments and 3 public utility systems.

Under the coordination of all parties, the cables that originally took half a year to be rerouted were also completed within the deadline.

"Everyone is very mindful and is working hard for Hong Kong's fight against the epidemic. Everyone makes it to 12 o'clock at night almost every day." He sighed.

　　"I have been in the industry for more than 30 years and I started with the'Red Pants' (basic level)." Kong Xiangzhao said with a smile. When he returned to Hong Kong after graduating from the UK in 1983, he was still a blank sheet of paper and could only start from the site.

Due to the relatively old construction mode, it was very hard work, and only one day off a month. Fortunately, I can learn something and feel very satisfying.

　　He has worked for three companies for decades, and in China State Construction Hong Kong, it was 25 years in a flash.

　　Seeing the power of concentricity, Kong Xiangzhao, who is now a manager, believes that only the strong team can make the company strong.

　　He introduced that CSCEC Hong Kong had earlier promised to provide 100 Hong Kong graduates with employment opportunities during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, and provide 100 opportunities for exchange and internships in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area to school students.

This year, China State Construction Hong Kong has recruited about 170 people. The goal is to provide 200 job opportunities throughout the year. At the same time, it hopes to provide 200 internship visit opportunities to the school.

In order to allow more young people to invest in the construction industry, the company also designed high-level face-to-face meetings for newly graduated engineers to enhance mutual trust and communication; and entered the campus to create "small engineer workshops" for primary and middle school students to attract more Students apply for related majors.
