The competition attracted a total of 361 college student teams from 39 universities to participate in the competition.

  It is understood that the Sichuan University Student Robotics Competition is the highest-level university student robot competition in Sichuan.

Participants in this competition are from Chengdu University of Technology, Southwest Petroleum University, Chengdu University of Technology, Southwest University of Science and Technology, Southwest University for Nationalities and other universities. Eventually, the School of Engineering and Technology of Chengdu University of Technology won the title of the theme event of this competition.

  The Sichuan University Student Robotics Competition is divided into themed events and optional events.

The theme event is to build a "Panda Paradise", which is the core of the Sichuan University Student Robotics Competition. It is set with reference to the content of the Asia-Pacific Robotics Competition. It has high technical difficulties and extensive influence.

The participating robots are all independently designed, manufactured, assembled and debugged by the students. The robots designed by both sides of the competition will be marked by landmarks according to the rules to build their own "Panda Paradise". The team that first builds the "Panda Paradise" wins .

Contestant Ge Dejiang told reporters that the competition was full of uncertainty. Although he did not win the championship this time, he believed that the biggest gain of this competition was that everyone had exercised their ability to solve problems.

  This is also something that a college student must adapt, because learning ability is the most important thing. No matter how the project changes, as long as there is learning ability, everyone will encounter problems. Jin Tao, a senior experimenter at Southwest Petroleum University, said that the participating teams fully demonstrated the core technologies and contents of robot research such as machine vision, motion control, path planning, network communication, and multi-robot dynamic confrontation in the competition, realizing competitive sports and robotics. The perfect combination of science and technology reflects the high level of scientific research literacy and demonstrates the youthful creativity and fighting spirit of contemporary college students.
