Local counties (cities, districts, and flags) infected with the new crown virus and those who have lived in the county within 14 days are strictly restricted from entering (returning) to Beijing.
There is one case or more of people from other counties in a city (county, city, district in a municipality or sub-provincial city) where a person infected with the new coronavirus is located. If they do not need to enter or return to Beijing, they must hold “Beijing Health”. "Bao" green code and a certificate of negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and 14 days of health monitoring after arriving in Beijing.
Those who enter Beijing from other ports must be isolated and observed for 21 days at the location of the entry port.
