Baoding, Hebei: Commuters travelling to and from Beijing in Zhuozhou and Laishui need to hold a certificate

According to the WeChat official account of the Internet Information Office of Baoding City, Hebei Province, since two cases of asymptomatic infection were found in Baoding City on October 21, various measures for epidemic prevention and control are being implemented.

In response to the travel management issues that the general public are concerned about, in accordance with the provincial epidemic prevention and control regulations, the following is hereby announced:

　　1. Outsourcing management

　　1. Non-essential non-guarantee, non-essential non-exit;

　　2. Not in the domestic (in the province) medium-to-high-risk areas and areas where cases of positive infections are reported in the country;

　　3. Those going to Beijing or Zhangjiakou where the Winter Olympics will be held must hold a 48-hour nucleic acid test negative certificate and show the green health code and itinerary code;

　　4. Zhuozhou City and Laishui County are adjacent to Beijing and implement Beijing travel control measures; commuters from Zhuozhou and Laishui to Beijing need to have a certificate of unit (work permit), a negative nucleic acid test within 7 days, a green health code, a green itinerary code Traveling between two places.

　　Second, come to guarantee return insurance management

　　1. Those who return to insurance from low-risk areas in China must show the green health code and itinerary code to protect themselves;

　　2. Those who return to the insurance from the medium and high-risk areas in China and those who return to the insurance after entering the country offshore will be isolated in a centralized manner;

　　3. For those returning to the insurance from the counties (districts) where the medium and high-risk areas are located in China, and those returning from the counties (districts) where the positively infected persons in the country are located, they will be subject to home medical observation upon arrival;

　　4. Domestic health monitoring shall be carried out for those returning to the insurance at the prefecture and city level where the medium- and high-risk areas are located, and those returning to the insurance at the prefecture and city level where the positive infection is located;

　　5. After the inter-provincial migrants arrive at the insurance, they must report to their communities (villages and towns) and perform a nucleic acid test to cooperate with the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures.
