At 04:00 on October 23, there were no newly reported imported confirmed cases, suspected cases, or asymptomatic infections. One confirmed case was cured and discharged from hospital.
As of 7:00 on October 24, a total of 261 confirmed local cases have been reported, 245 discharged, 13 in hospital, and 3 deaths.
As of 24:00 on October 23, a total of 435 imported confirmed cases, 426 discharged from hospital, and 9 in hospital have been reported.
A total of 399 imported asymptomatic infections from abroad have been reported, 51 confirmed cases, 340 removed from medical observation, and 8 asymptomatic infections still under medical observation.
Local confirmed case 1: Li Moumou, male, 36 years old, currently living in Gaoling District, Xi'an City, is related to the mother-child, father-son relationship between the local confirmed cases 2 and 3 released on October 22.
On October 10th, he traveled to Jiayuguan, Zhangye, Gansu, and other places. On October 15th, he took train D2746 (intersection with 95 confirmed cases released on October 19th in Gansu Province) to Lanzhou, and returned to Xi'an on October 17th.
During the centralized isolation medical observation period, the Xi'an Center for Disease Control and Prevention had a positive nucleic acid test. On October 23, the city-level expert group had a consultation with a confirmed case of new coronary pneumonia, and is currently being isolated and treated in designated medical institutions.
Local confirmed case 2: Zhao, female, 41 years old, currently living in Gaoling District, Xi'an City, is a close contact of the local confirmed case 2 released on October 22.
During the centralized isolation medical observation period, the provincial and municipal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention had a positive nucleic acid test. They were diagnosed as a confirmed case of new coronary pneumonia by a municipal expert group at 3 o'clock on October 24. They are currently being treated in isolation at designated medical institutions.
