Family members should cooperate in urging those stranded in northern Myanmar to enter the country and return to China to surrender as soon as possible. Those who voluntarily surrender and truthfully confess their crimes can be given a lighter or mitigated punishment in accordance with the law; if the crime is less serious, the punishment can be exempted in accordance with the law.
If the above-mentioned personnel still insist on going their own way and refuse to return to the country, the Binyang County Joint Office for Combating and Rectifying Internet Crimes will adopt the following disciplinary measures in accordance with the law:

2. 4. Persons stranded in northern Myanmar who engage in telecommunications network fraud, online gambling and other illegal crimes shall demolish or seal up the houses built and purchased with illicit money in accordance with the law, and recover the money and the fruits involved in the case, and move the children who go to school with the property to their place of origin. 5. Those who are stranded in northern Myanmar do not return to the guest within the specified time, and all policy subsidies (aid) funds for themselves and their immediate family members shall be suspended in accordance with laws and regulations.
