Egyptians dug into an old movie, which was shown about 66 years ago, to discover an error in the script, related to a phrase from the religious heritage, which stirred the diet of Egyptian activists via "Facebook" who were indignant at what they called a "religious error" mentioned in the events of the film.
The late artist Hussein Riad appeared in the movie "Daughters of the Night", which was shown for the first time in 1955, speaking to the artist Madiha Yousri, saying: "God Almighty said in his dear book Heaven is under the feet of mothers, and this in itself is the greatest honor for the mother," which sparked Extensive controversy, as this sentence has nothing to do with the Qur'an.
Dr. Magdy Ashour, advisor to the Mufti of Egypt, explained that ("Paradise is under the feet of mothers" is a saying that falls under what is known as "the impact"), noting that there are some hadiths that carry this meaning.
According to "Al-Masry Al-Youm Light", the scene aroused the indignation of the followers, as some of them see that this is a "distortion of the Noble Qur'an", and they criticized the shallowness of the religious culture of the writer, actor, director and filming crew, who did not intervene to correct it at the time!
Some activists also expressed their sadness about this scene, given the "lack of religious culture, and the dissemination of false information that many people can believe, given the spread of art and the strength of its influence, and that the people were drawing their culture from it at that time."
