The Association of German Company and Company Doctors assumes that around 1.5 million corona vaccinations have not been reported in Germany for the time being.

Most vaccinations were received through the health insurance system - how many were not reported, but it is unclear, said the association's vice-president Anette Wahl-Wachendorf, the editorial network Germany (RND, Saturday editions).

As the RND reported, citing an estimate by the company doctors' association, the number could amount to 1.5 million.

"We have explained and sensitized in all directions," Wahl-Wachendorf told the newspapers.

She expects clarifying discussions with the Robert Koch Institute (RKI).

The spokesman for the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians, Roland Stahl, said that there were also isolated reports from the statutory health insurance physicians.

“We don't have a real vaccination quota, that's a huge problem, a structural problem,” said Cologne-based infectiologist Gerd Fätkenheuer to the RND.

"I'm afraid that it will only be visible in the end through the accounts."

Due to the uncertainties in the vaccination rate and the rapidly increasing number of infections, he considers the announced end of the pandemic situation to be “very unwise”: “We are just entering the critical winter months and we will see what is happening in other countries.

It couldn't have been a worse time to make this announcement. "

Since Saturday, the nationwide seven-day incidence of new corona infections has been in the three-digit range for the first time in months.

As the (RKI) announced on Saturday morning, the value rose to 100.0.

According to this, 15,145 new infections were registered within one day.
