In a few years, Squeezie's “horror thread” videos have become a ritual for his fans who expect the YouTuber to tell them three scary stories, to watch preferably at night, hidden under his duvet.

Father Castor of the Web, keen on frightening fables, announced on Friday that he wanted to create "a horrific universe" within the framework of which he intends to unveil several projects.

The first of these is an 80-page comic book, named

Bleak

, written by Guillaume Natas, Laurène Arnoux and Squeezie.

Inside, three original stories “inspired by“ horror thread ”videos” and illustrated by three designers: Diane Fayolle, Frédéric Pham Chuong and Julien Lelièvre.

The release of three volumes in total is planned for the moment.

A first short film in March

“Above all, we are creating a playground because

Bleak

will not be just comics,” Squeezie explained on his YouTube channel.

It will also be other stuff, such as short films.

I have a lot of ideas for short horror films that I would like to make, they will fit into this

Bleak

universe

 ”.

The goal ?

Create a world just like

Annabelle

,

La Nonne

or even

Les dossiers Warren

“falling within the

Conjuring

universe

 ”.

The videographer has revealed that he is working on a first film which is likely to be released in March when his comic is released.
