You can make music while having poor hearing.

This is what the singer Amir proves every day, who has only heard from one ear since birth.

A revelation he made to Télé-Loisirs, explaining that the origin of this handicap is a malformation.

“Since I was born, and even today, I can only hear from one ear, the left ear.

I am not sure that today's medical technology can correct this deficiency.

I'm not even sure I would like anything anyway, ”he says.

Work tool

However, Amir is categorical: he never really felt disabled, even though he had to be operated on to hide this deformity, which was visible when he was younger. “That poor ear didn't look the same either. At sixteen, I therefore underwent cosmetic surgery, which restored it to its normal appearance. But I have never experienced this difference as a handicap. I owe it to the mother. She knew how to remove from my head any possibility whatsoever, ”he added.

Although he does not hear the music in "stereo", that did not prevent him from being a hit with hits such as

“I don't know stereo, but it's not that hard to manage.

I just pay attention to noisy places and take care to preserve my operational ear, my most precious working tool… ”, he concluded.
