In Tsuruta Town, Tsugaru District, Aomori Prefecture, a unique apple was harvested with the local dialect Tsugaru dialect highlighted on the surface of a specialty apple.

At Mitsuhiko Nakano's apple orchard in Tsuruta Town, a special sticker of letters and illustrations is attached to the surface of the fruit before it turns red and exposed to sunlight so that only the part where the sticker is attached remains white. We are cultivating.

Mr. Nakano is also cultivating apples that have the Tsugaru dialect highlighted so that he can enjoy the dialect of the Tsugaru region, and on the 21st, five people, including his family, worked on the harvest.

In the field, there are apples with about 20 kinds of words such as "Keparu" which means "do your best" in Tsugaru dialect and "Joppari" which means "stubborn person". I was collecting them in the basket one after another.

In addition to the Tsugaru dialect, we also harvested unique apples with ghost illustrations related to Halloween.

Mr. Nakano said, "This apple is well colored and I made a good one. I want you to enjoy the goodness of Tsugaru dialect."

Approximately 1,500 apples with Tsugaru dialect and illustrations will be harvested in this field and will be sold at roadside stations in Tsuruta Town and tourist facilities in Aomori City from the 25th of this month.
