The JR Utsunomiya Line is not operating on the up and down lines between Tokyo Station and Utsunomiya Station due to a personal injury that occurred between Kuki Station and Shin-Shiraoka Station.
In addition, due to the impact of this accident, the JR Shonan-Shinjuku Line is also suspending operation on both the upper and lower lines in the section directly connected to the Utsunomiya Line on the north side of Shinjuku.
According to JR East, the operation is expected to resume around 6:40 pm.
