It is understood that the art of playing and singing originated in the Ngari area of Tibet. The "Longtouqin" is an ancient musical instrument used by the Tibetan people to play and accompany with a history of more than 350 years.
The Masa Chengxiang Playing and Singing Team was established in 2015. It mainly focuses on the traditional Tibetan folk arts such as dragon drum dance, folk songs, pot village, love song duet, Tibetan opera, and ethnic costume performances. It also conducts performing arts activities for the masses in pastoral areas in the form of public welfare. And the cast members are all impoverished households.
