It is reported that the Tongwan City site is the capital of the Daxia Kingdom built by Helianbobo, a descendant of the Huns during the Sixteen Kingdoms period in Chinese history. The Huns are the only capital site left by the Huns in the long history of mankind.

Because the city walls are white, the locals call it "Baichengzi".

The site is located in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. Historically, it guarded the traffic arteries between the Western Regions and Pingcheng, the capital of the Northern Wei Dynasty. It is an area where the farming economy of the Han nationality and the nomadic economy of the northern ethnic minorities intersect. The city has been used for more than 500 years and is called Xiazhou for the longest time. (Northern Wei Dynasty to Northern Song Dynasty).

The remains of the site are distributed in an area of ​​approximately 9.55 square kilometers, and the main remains include Dongcheng, Xicheng, and Waiguocheng.

Among them, the city site also contains the remains of the city wall, piers, moats, and rammed earth platform sites.
