Before 10 am on the 19th, security guards found orange paint on the signs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and the court at the entrances of the Central Government Buildings 2 and 6 in Kasumigaseki, Tokyo.



When police officers rushed in, there was a man who seemed to be old with paint on his hands in front of Building No. 6 where the Tokyo District Court and other places were located.
