As the group BTS held an offline concert in Los Angeles (LA), USA for the first time in two years, tickets sold out quickly and the price of resale (resale) tickets soared to 18 million won.

BTS's 'Permission To Dance On Stage', which will be held at Sofai Stadium in Los Angeles in November and December, was sold out on the 10th.

For this performance, BTS' North American tour VIP ticket holders, who had been canceled earlier, were given the right to make a reservation first, followed by advance reservations by BTS official fan club members and Ticketmaster fans, the official reservation site.

As all of the approximately 300,000 seats were sold out at the pre-sale stage, the official reservation site canceled the general reservation schedule, which was scheduled to start on the 10th.

Since then, tickets for online performances have been opened separately for fans, which are also sold out.

Normally, ticket refunds can be canceled if requested within 72 hours after payment, but Ticketmaster has a separate resell window instead of cancellation.

As a result, consumers who wanted to watch the BTS concert, including general ticket holders who did not even have a ticketing opportunity, flocked to obtain 'resale tickets', and re-sell tickets, which cost up to 15,300 dollars (about 18.19 million won), are dozens of times the original price. This appeared.

Sofai Stadium, where BTS will perform, is one of the largest music venues in Southern California and can accommodate up to 100,000 people.

As BTS planned a total of 4 performances, 400,000 fans could gather based on the maximum capacity, but it was not enough to keep up with the demand of ARMYs around the world.

This is because it is the first offline concert held by BTS since the outbreak of COVID-19.

In response, BTS' management company said through the fan community Weverse, "As this is a precious event prepared in difficult circumstances, we will do our best to provide high-quality performances with the health and safety of artists and fans as our top priority. We will do our best to prepare additional performances so that we can repay the fans' waiting."

BTS' 'Permission to Dance on Stage' LA concert will be held 4 times on November 27-28 and December 1-2.

Spectators must complete the Corona 19 vaccine and submit a negative PCR test within 72 hours of the performance to participate, and must wear a mask during the performance.
