Here we drowned the Algerians

is the story, published by Le Passager Clandestin, of Jean-Luc Einaudi's fight for recognition of the massacre of October 17, 1961 in Paris.

The author, Fabrice Riceputi, a secondary school teacher, returns to this racist tragedy, this state lie (the denial of the event) that this moral hero will take 30 years to have recognized as a state crime.

Fabrice Riceputi

shows how difficult it is still today for the French community to face the racist heritage of colonization.
