In Gaoui, the inhabitants proudly claim to be descendants of the Sao.
The Sao are people of Central Africa that are several centuries old because scientific research estimates their existence to be more than 1,500 years old.
But in Chad, the Sao are above all giants who are credited with superhuman strength.
