Kanye West has decided to part ways with one of his ranches in Wyoming.

The rapper is asking $ 11 million for the huge 1,600-hectare property located in Cody, a long way from Yellowstone Park.

Surprisingly, the price is $ 3 million lower than what he paid to acquire it in 2019, knowing that there have been many improvements there.

The property, originally named Monster Lake Ranch because of the small lake there, had been renamed Lake Ranch by its new owner but is better known as Yeezy Campus.

, Kanye West had many ideas for where he had started to develop his architectural projects, and where some of his famous Sunday services had taken place.

Not indispensable

We may be surprised that Kanye West decides to separate from this home when he had just set up a music studio and moved many cars there.

But we must not forget that he then bought a similar property in Greybull, in the same state.

So maybe he decided to concentrate his activities on this other ranch, especially since he has just acquired an astonishing beachfront home in Malibu.

Purchased for almost $ 60 million, this all-glass and concrete house overlooking the Pacific Ocean is one of the few created in the United States by the famous Japanese architect Tadao Ando.
