Barely 24 hours had passed since the PSOE and PP announced their agreement for the renewal of various constitutional bodies when from the independence parties that support Sánchez in Moncloa and, what is even more serious, from one of the two parties of the coalition of The Government, Podemos, yesterday launched a

fierce attack against one of those organizations

: the Court of Accounts. The strategy to try to delegitimize the institutions of the State is perverse because it erodes the confidence of the citizen in the mainstays of the system. That is what secessionism has been doing in Catalonia for decades. And this is what, to everyone's shame, leaders of the purple formation also dedicate themselves, despite the fact that they occupy seats in the Council of Ministers. There is no greater democratic abnormality.

With a hyperbolism that causes hilarity, President Pere Aragonès was dispatched comparing the decision of the Court of Accounts to overturn the endorsement of the Generalitat to several

procés

independence leaders

-among them Junqueras, Puigdemont and Mas- with the

execution of Lluís Companys

. For her part, the also exalted pro-independence Laura Borràs released that it is "one more symptom of Spanish repression." Joining the outburst competition was Jaume Asens, president of United We Can in Congress, calling the measures of the Court of Accounts "illegitimate". To what is worrying in itself is that a faction in the Government attacks in this way the organizations that emanate from our Constitution, is added the unease generated by Asens' warning that they are going to promote a reform in the operation of the supervisory body and to participate in the renewal of its members. We stressed yesterday that the agreement between the two majority parties to unblock the interim situation in institutions as important as the Constitutional is good news, the Ombudsman or the Court of Accounts itself. But we warned at the same time that new appointments must respond no to

spurious conchabeos

, but to criteria of technical solvency with the election of people of recognized prestige and great consensus. It does not smell good, however, that Podemos is trying to take advantage of the negotiation to put its Trojan horses in organs in which it does not believe, just as it does not in our system of rights and freedoms that emanates from the Magna Carta of 78. Very The People's Party must be vigilant, and it cannot accept what its voters or the general public would not understand.

Finally, it should be noted that there was no room for anything other than the rejection by the Court of Auditors of the mockery of the Generalitat.

We only needed a double bankruptcy of the public coffers and a double exercise of pure corruption.

The Government, established as a

lawyer and lender of criminals

, to exonerate them from their fines, wanted to use the money of the taxpayers that we already paid before the irregularities in the management of the foreign action of the independence movement.
