An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 occurred in the region of the Kuril Islands

It is noted that the epicenter of the earthquake was located 129 km northeast of the city of Kurilsk. 

The focus was located at a depth of 144 km.

Earlier, seismologists recorded an earthquake of magnitude 4.8 on the island of Bali.
