On October 16, the interview team of the "China on the Mother River" web-themed event came to Lanzhou to visit the Zhongshan Bridge, the "First Bridge on the Yellow River in the World".

Zhongshan Bridge was built in 1907 with four piers and five holes.

As a traffic structure project, it embodies the style, genre and characteristics of the architectural art development history during the Westernization Movement in modern Chinese history.

It is also the first bridge built by introducing foreign technology in Gansu Province. It is no longer open to traffic, but pedestrians can pass normally.
