The 12th China Yangtze River Three Gorges International Tourism Festival opened in Yichang City, Hubei Province on the evening of October 14. The large-scale music, dance, poetry and painting "Only Seeing the Yangtze River" opened the prelude to the tourism festival's performance activities for the people.
That night, Tang Guoqiang, Xu Wenguang, Lu Jihong, Li Yundi, Li Yugang, Wang Zhengliang and others staged performances and presented a high-quality theatrical performance for the citizens of Yichang.
The China Three Gorges International Tourism Festival is co-sponsored by the People's Government of Hubei Province and the People's Government of Chongqing Municipality. It is held annually in Yichang City and Wanzhou District of Chongqing City. It has been successfully held for 11 sessions and has become a well-known cultural tourism festival brand in the country.
